Alexiaraye started with opening her YouTube channel after her graduation on 24 May of 2013. Hence, she uploaded science experiments, daily life vlogs, and some gaming videos. Then, she collaborated with a YouTube Channel team called GLAMSS along with Gabby Berry, Safari Gage, Maya Hope Haider, Casey Berry, and Lycia Faith in 2014.
